Each home is designed to accomodate 11 residents in a beautiful homelike atmosphere, allowing for both privacy and sociality. Just like your own home, each Mayberry Gardens home has a kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room, along with 11 private bedrooms and bathrooms for the residents.
2. Mayberry Gardens has the highest resident-to-staff ratio in the industry; 1 to 5 during the day time hours and 1 to 11 at night. That means that you and only 4 other residents are the focus for each of our caring staff members during the day. Each individual is given a high, one on one priority.
