Canned Food Drive Succesful

Wanted to thank everyone for their participation in the canned food drive; it was a huge success and we filled up the entire back end of a cargo van.

The canned food items were picked up on Monday and the representative from the Methodist Food Bank was extremely grateful and asked that we express his appreciation to all that participated.

House 3 won the competition of having the most items donated and completely filled up two large boxes with donated items.

Thank you to everyone who participated! For some of our residents this was a big activity and they enjoyed exchanging their bingo tickets to add canned goods to the boxes in their homes.

We are actively looking for more service projects for January and February. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
