Caregiver Appreciation Month
November is Caregiver Appreciation and at the request of our Administrative Team, many families submitted words of thanks for the caregivers who do so much for their family members.
Each caregiver recognized was awarded with a nice letter, a copy of the things the family member said about them, and a monetary incentive.
Thank you to all the caregivers who go out of their way to serve the residents at Mayberry Gardens.

It goes without saying that Jennifer is amazing. Her attitude and her ability to juggle the all the tasks her job entails is unbelievable. She has made my Mom feel so at home. In addition, Amy was wonderful when my Mom feel recently. She was clear and professional over the phone at 5:30 in the morning! I am so grateful to all the staff.

I would like to recognize Ashley on the afternoon shift. She called me late in the evening when she was concerned about my Mother. It would have been so much easier to leave and let the next shift worry about it…

Each lady plays a role of importance and they each deserve a round of applause. Although we always try to express our gratitute to each of the ladies, I hope that you will convey to the during your in-service meeting the following:
“you have already, without knowing, become a part of our family and our lives. As our moms caregiver you have become a daughter, a sister, a friend. You are family and we appreciate each of you from the bottom of our heart.”
